One drawback with Lunarpages is that, they still give you an old cPanel version (as far as I know) and it is very difficult if you got used to some of the newer versions...

TMZ Hosting used to be well, now its not that great in terms of service and performance. The rating I will give it is a 4.0/5.0. The reason its still pretty high, is because of their response time, which is pretty fast. The servers are slow most of the time, and the servers are down very often. Their response's are not always accurate, they need to work on providing more helpful answers. Other than all this, they are a pretty well established web hosting company.
